Absolutely perfect immaculate rooms, tiled bathroom, delightful breakfast. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Phenomenal staff all round. Also, a lovely bronze statue was max 25 minutes walk to. A restful stay with a well-maintained swimming pool.

location and food were wonderful, and all in all i liked this hotel. they made my stay outstanding. truly special view of lagoon. breakfast was included, that was a bonus. very modern interior, very clean restaurant. great value for money, taking into account other cartagena's options.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.
